EACH KIT INCLUDES
Door Stops
Rubber capped door stops slide along the rail to be installed wherever needed, and tighten down with the Allen (hex) key provided.
Rail Lags & Spacers
All lag bolts, washers, and rail spacers needed to install the rail are included. We recommend pre-drilling 3/16" holes into your studs for the lag bolts.
8-Foot Rail
One full 96-inch rail made of 1/4 inch solid steel is pre-drilled every 16 inches, and measures 1 9/16 inches tall. Customers can cut this rail to any length without affecting any functionality of the kit.
Door Hangers
Two hangers constructed of 1/4 inch thick steel are included, and can support a door weight of up to 200 pounds comfortably.
Floor Guide & Anti-Jump
The "T" shaped floor guide fits inside a groove on the bottom of the door and keeps your door from swinging inward or outward. Anti-jump stops (2) are small round pieces that attach to the top of the door and prevent it from getting bumped off the rail.

Great product and great price point. Pretty easy to install but definitely need two people to install. Must be level for sure! All the hardware needed are included in the kit. I had to use a header for the rail because the door headers and studs were not going to line up. Luckily there was a house in our neighborhood being built was the same plan so I was able to see the inside layout to make the final decision. The door is very large at 42" wide and 100" tall so needed the extra support anyway plus I think the header finishes the look we were going for.

I was reluctant to buy this hardware because it was almost $100 less than a similar item at a big box store. My biggest fear was that it would be cheaply made from inferior (thin) steel. Was I ever pleasantly surprised! The brackets and rail are made of heavy-duty 1/4" rolled steel. My door is 96" x 45". The nylon rollers are very sturdy and the door rolls with little effort and noise. This was my first barn door and the installation video was informative and easy to follow. Industrial by Design did an excellent job with this product - I definitely would recommend it.

Hardware worked very well. I'm impressed with the ease that the door slides. Great price especially for an 8 ft track. We had a 4 ft opening we wanted to cover and had plenty of space with the 8 ft track.

Well made hardware and easy unstallation process. Written and website directions pretty good; leaves out a few things that you must figure out on your own (eg, depth and width of notch on door bottom). Really fair price for the kit; so many other kit prices are ridiculously high. Since my house had metal studs in a few places, I used 1/4 in. toggle bolts instead of supplied screws to hold rail and it worked fine. If I need another, I would buy this kit again.
